The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild definitely makes me want to get Nintendo’s new console The Switch. The game is beautiful. I love the art style.
Pooh and I spent the weekend at Viejas to just relax and do nothing. Was nice to have a little peace and quiet after the long and very busy holiday season. We spent most of the time gambling but got to enjoy the comfy suite afterwards. I love the Executive Suites at Viejas…they’re huge! The bathroom is also very big…makes shower sex fun. LOL. Maybe next time I’ll remember to take more pictures or video. :P
I just started watching Crazyhead not too long ago on Netflix and I’m hella diggin it! It’s like Buffy The Vampire Slayer meets Misfits; two of my favorite shows. I’m only on episode 3 and it’s pretty entertaining so far. Check it out!
Pooh and I attended Coachella the past 2 years (Wknd2). I really want to go this year but there’s so much we want to do this year that I don’t know if we’ll be able to go. It’s pretty expensive to go…couple hundred on tickets, couple hundred on lodging, couple hundred for food/liquor/etc…shit’s pricy. Pooh wants to start traveling more so rather than spend money on stuff like Coachella…he wants us to save up so we can visit Japan and various other places on his to do list. So I guess I’ve gotta finally renew my passport so we can be traveled or something. LOL. Just one thing…I hate flying. Hopefully I’ll get over it…or will be heavily intoxicated or sedated enough to make it through the flight. I’m kind of excited though, my blog used to be full of exciting new adventures when I first started, but things seem to have slowed down since my dailyand weekly routine has gotten repetitive…so maybe this will be a nice change of pace. :)
I just finished watching the last episode of The OA last night and I’m still an emotional wreck. I loved the show! I had absolutely no idea what was going on the first couple episodes, but I loved the story and wanted to binge the whole thing in one sitting just to find out what was going to happen next. The OA’s narrative and compelling story kept me on the edge of my seat, constantly on the verge of tears, and sometimes uncontrollably sobbing wondering “why?!”. I fell in love with Betty, aka BBA. She just exuded this sadness that made you feel sympathy for her. I loved how each characters’ incredible depth was portrayed in bits and pieces subtly revealed as the episodes progressed. There was always a sense of mystery and confusion, yet it it opened a world of wonder and a strange satistfaction when things that were once unknown were then revealed. I don’t want to give too much away for those of you that haven’t watched it yet…but the ending had me ugly Oprah crying like there was no tomorrow and wanting a new season like NOW! The OA…so good…watch it now if you haven’t already.
